Greenpois0n will jailbreak 3.1 – and 3G iPod touch!

Using a previously-discovered exploit kept secret to keep Apple from patching it, Greenpois0n will provide a jailbreak for Firmware 3.1 for all devices, including the newly released iPod touch 3rd Generation. It is still in very early development stages, but a video demonstrating it has already been posted:
