I just installed ubuntu 8.04 on my laptop, here are the specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00875672&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&
Can someone please help me find a wireless driver for it?

If you already have the windows drivers for the device, or if it came with a cd, then just use ndiswrapper. Grab it with apt-get and then open the windows drivers with it. Works great.
That's pretty much all I can say. I don't kow of a dedicated driver for your computer.
So you've been looking for alternative OSes? Ubuntu's good, and if you want help with OSx86, just pm me. Tri-booting is easy as pie with GRUB, and it's better to set it up before you do all the nitty-gritty config.

My problem with osx86 is the root device error. Everytime I install I cant boot it up.
I will try the NDIS wrapper.

Drivers aren't something you just install in Ubuntu. They are functions of the kernel. If the kernel doesn't support it, you are mostly out of look.
NDISWrapper is an alternative option that isn't really as good as native support. Good enough if you need it though.
