After my Ubuntu wasn't working properly I tried the new Fedora Core 9, it's a great distro but I still prefer Ubuntu. So when I pop in my Hardy Live CD I only have one option at the partitioner : Guided - Use Entire Disk. However when I was installing Fedora over Ubuntu there was an option to delete an existing Linux partition and install over it. Also I can't boot into Windows so how can I install Ubuntu on the Fedora partition?

just install str8 over it. wat u need to do, is run the live cd, load the manual partitioning. u should know which partition fedora is on, so just go str8 over it, everything will be deleted...

Note, dont mount the fedora drive. Just pop disk, run the install, no need to run the live...
