Step 1. Download iSlsk
Step 2. SSH into /var/mobile/Downloads
Step 3. Dump media files into the directory
Step 4. (On your iPod) Hit the sync button in iSlsk.

I don't really think this requires screenshots. :rolleyes:

Sorry if this has been posted already, I just thought this was a good tip for Linux users that don't have access to the other libraries and tools for syncing.

Cool! And, what if you're in firmwares 1.1.1/1.1.2? Wouldn't it be /var/root/downloads?

That depends on iSlsk's behavior on those versions. If they just create a new directory if it doesn't exist, no. If they use the root users home directory, then yes. I'd have to check though.
