Well, Minefield, aka Firefox 3.1pre-beta, has won in my books. Unlike Firefox 3.0 it supports the 2 finger zoom and pinch in the new MacBooks. But that is clearly not a winning feature as it is still unstable. Sometime flash ad's get stuck in random places on the screen. The winning feature is the extremely fast Javascript rendering engine. I used Minefield when it was first release to the public, and it wasn't too good. Now, it's fast as a bullet. :)
Just my opinion, try it out.

I hope you know that Minefield is the code name used for Beta builds of major versions of Firefox.

Example: Firefox 3 was Minefield was Firefox 2 was still the Main Mozilla Browser.

Is it really 3.1? I thought it was something bigger than that. 3.1 is already in its last stages of beta. Minefeild I though was in alpha

I already have that and I'm already on the very stable Firefox 3.0 version :)
All you need is a program called MultiClutch.

You basically set up your own custom gesture commands. For example, I swipe horizontally across the touch pad with 3 fingers and it changes tabs.
