Yes, you can get an account for free without credit card BUT you won't be able to download free music, you still need to pay for it.

Useful in Countries where Itunes Store isn't available yet.

If you live in the uk like me you can just use the Coca Cola free songs offer codes.

if itunes is not available in your country, you will not be able to create an account unless your credit card billing address is registered in a country where itunes is available.

i already had an account for the US store but found i could not download the free song of the day from other stores. i used this and DID in fact create an account for the UK store. all i had to do was make up an address and find a city and its postcode and it worked...

Yes but then how does iTunes charge you if you had your Credit Card info then it would just take from your credit card but now you got no info how does it charge you?

Why bother with copying etc. You can just google the album name in the "pictures" section and use the direct URL for the cover art that you like.

In iTunes you select the "Add" in Cover Art for the album you need, and in google you just press the album cover you like (300x300 pixels seems to be the ones that look the best) - remember to press the picture once in the google list and once when the picture appears on top to get the full URL. Paste this into the "File" box that appears in iTunes and press "open".

I did everything but in the end i wasnt able to get the congratulations page. the page went back to redeem code. is that ok? i was able to sign in but everytime i buy a video its not downloading. how to buy videos? do you have tutorials on step by step process? after clicking done on security or billing info. what should happen next?

do i need to upgrade my itunes to 7.6 for me to get the buy movies? i only get to download the free stuff. because when i followed your steps i didnt get the congratulations page in the end it just went back to the redeem page. do ineed to repeat the process??

Log into your account and look into edit account or options.

Because iTunes album art is very high-res.

As far as how to do it, you can use Advanced > Get Album Artwork. This will attempt to find artwork for every album in your Library that is missing artwork. No further searching or pasting involved.

I believe if you select the album and right-click > Get Album Artwork it will replace whatever artwork is already associated with that album.

Album name. Find the album you want on the iTunes Store, and try titling your copy exactly as iTunes has labeled it.

IT WORKS!!! i tried it on 4/21/08 (today) and it didnt work at first but two things..1) dont copy and paste the code. type it out. and 2) use the code from this site. the baseball one didnt work for me but ths does http://www.tunecore.com/freealbum you have to do number two but as of typing it out you cant copy and paste the code anyway.

they even have the whole process on the official apple support page by the way lol so its not illegal or anything
