I'm not sure that you have find a newer version for free. It's a $650 program, so older version may still cost you some bank. I could mail you a ripped version of Photoshop 4 (for windows 98), but the disc has a custom laser engraving. It has sentimental value...

I have a windows vista machine and I figured out how to do this with microsoft photo editor. I know that it can't do all the things that ps can do however for a noob like me I have put together 2 of my own themes for my touch and they work well. If you need any info just let me know.

I got cs3 extended for free. You just download the trial. Then go to this link http://www.sendspace.com/file/fk8op9 download the file. Then go to program files then adobe then cs3 then go and replace the photoshop cs3 extended program file with the one you downloaded by dragging the file from your desktop to the cs3 folder

oj hey does any one know where the magic wand tool is in photoshiop cs3 extended. but yeah cause i cant find it in my tool bar. Thanks in advance

umm... it looks like a wand. its in the same thing as quick selection tool.
