I think it's not necessary to swear him/her, he has a point about what he said if you think on it like the point of view of a developer who tries to get profit of his work on the AppStore. But it's too bad that he thinks that 100% jailbreaks are for cracking apps from the AppStore.

When I made the petition he hadn't changed his mind.. Fair enough the petition mighht not do much but its shows the Dev- Team how much we support them! and it gives us something to do until it is released :P

Don't let these guys think that the Dev-Team will stop work on the 2G jailbreak. One guy with a little grudge against the Dev-Team isn't going to make them stop. Hell... they do it for fun, so why would anybody make them stop? :D

Me? I bought *another* 1G Touch, this time a 32 gig one and then bought FW 2.2. Then I powned it. Why? I want to follow the same road as Erica Sadun and other toolchain devs. Jailbreaking is a NECESSARY part of that learning process. Never mind that I also like Netatalk, traceroute, and access to other *nix tools on my touchy.

no petition is going to influence the dev team. They are hackers. That means. We dont give a fuck what the world thinks, we do what we think is right.

Hackulo's case doesn't even make sense. He's saying that App Store revenue will go down because more people can get cracked apps because they could (if redsn0w comes out) theoretically get any cracked app they want. But Hackulo provides a pathway to these cracked apps. So it's not really the dev-team's fault at all. It's Hackulo's fault...

Their being really selfish towards ipt2g users...
