Hey all ive had my touch for adges now and ive made 2 repos and helping to make a spanish one at the moment but i would really like to make a website just for the touch

first: i need to know. What do i need ??

Second: Can you help me set this up... Just the skeleton of this i will totally re-mod it once i have the basic page set up
