prefer something like a hardcase type which has an eyelid which allows the users to attach a phone/hand strap on to it.

any suggestions ?

i use a Danglet. it doesnt need a case and doesnt add any weight or bulk to speak of.

theres a video on youtube showing a guy picking up 40 pounds of water with a ipod on a danglet and swinging it around.
