Ok well I know this site from which I get my ROMs and Emulators...The Nintendo 64 console was perhaps one of the best old skool consoles ever...But the problem I have here is...One of the best games for that console...Super Smash Bros doesn't seem to be running that great on the emulator I have...

~Zelda Orcarina of Time - BEST GAME EVERRRRR (To be honest, I'd rather play this game on this console then have a xbox360) seriously I don't know what it was...But I just LOVE this game...

I know smash bros. gave me endless hours of fun with my friends... And I agree with you, Zelda is a hell of a game, it's awesome... not even Twilight Princess is as good as Ocarina of Time is...

if youve got windows google "project 64" its the best emu out there and if a game dont run on it the game is fecked lol

My favorites are Project 64 and 1964. Google should get them fast enough.

Hmm Project64 seems to be running nice...Still lags a little although it may be my computer...I do run more graphical games than this...So I don't know.

My Mac can play that game a a good speed using Sixtyforce. Probably the best N64 emulator out there for Mac, but it never gets updated...

I had a good Super Smash Bros. ROM, but when my computer messed up, so did my ROMs.

1964 is faster than Project 64, although the graphics sometimes mess up. Just so you know, emulators are not illegal, only giving links to the roms is.

Its like limewire. Having the program isn't illegal, but illegally sharing illegal links is illegal.

Wow..So I just downloaded the 1964 emulator and I tried playing Super Smash Bros. but it comes up saying "Controller not connected" lmao...The ROM works with the Project64 emulator...Maybe it's not compatible with the 1964 one?

Lol my Super Smash Bros. ROM ran at normal speeds and stuff, but now it's garbage.

Yeah I just played Super Smash Bros. on the 1964 emulator...Worked really great...Some graphical issues but it only lasted for like 2 seconds. I couldn't get past giant donkey kong lol...I suck. :(

Hey first post!... for pc i would definately recommend the latest version of project 64 (1.6 i believe or 1.7). there are also online versions using kaillera - a free webserver client.. just google "pj64k" or project 64 kaillera (i think its based off of v1.4)... theres also mupen 64 kaillera however pj64 supports more. Basically... the kaillera adds an online multiplayer feature so u can play any game online. The online setup is done very nicely however to play with people you are required to be playing the exact same rom version and you all have to be using the same emulator or something like that (it checks everything for compatibility before u join games). pj64k definately brings more fun to games like SSB and mario party etc... However make sure when playing games online that users do not have high ping to you or you will lag up the ass and/or get desynched. B/c pj64 supports such a large variety of games... you should be able to play most multiplayer games online (though most people play ssb or mariokart) To play online... instead of open rom just hit start netplay (in the file menu) and choose a server. Anyway have fun man.. hope this helps. oh and btw... for roms well i do have sites... isnt it now legal to dl n64 roms that arent ESA protected?... ull do fine googling those... there are so many that they really arent that hard to find... its just distinguishing the good ones from the bad... idk how people feel about posting rom sites so i wont.

for the project 64 just turn off all backround programs and if your running vista exit the sidebar, im playin banjo kazzoie and it works amazing!!! (same with super smash bros)

n 64 was a great console

Nemu64 makes it work just fine 100% speed

Project 64 1.6 Runs SSB Perfectly for me

Project 64 works pretty good for me and I use a 1.73 ghz laptop with no special graphics card and only 1 gig memory. Super mario 64 has to be played at frame limiting or it runs to fast.

I must to agree that "The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina of Time" is the best game ever for N64
