iPod Nano 2g ..

okay my gf's ipod is "corrupted" or soomething like that..
i dont know how to fix it..
i tryied to restore it..
and the colour screen went to a black and white screen.. like a ipod Mini.

when i connect it to iTunes.. it says "Unknown Error 1418"
i've search alot of it.. but i cant fix it..

help please??
