my ipod is in dfu mode and i cant get it out

actually, more importantly ur ipod is not stuck in DFU, because then it would tell u that

put it in DFU again, and again, and again until something happens, also remember that u need to hold both for 10 seconds exactly and then let go of power and KEEP HOLDING HOME UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS

DO NOT release it until itunes gives u a recovery mode message!

Hold the Power and home Button, for 10 seconds, and then try turning it on.
