errr no he doesnt. he means to a different network. you don't need to unlock it to use it on pay as you go, just pop in a pay and go sim.
this doesnt actually answer the question though.

I don't know, this one might be tough-er. It took the dev team what 6 months for yellowsn0w and it only works on one BB.
