I aml clueless i have a 2g jailbroke itouch do what can i do how should i aproach the software update i want it jailbroken plz help

If you want to retain your Jailbreak, wait until 3.0 is officially Jailbreakable, buy the update, restore to 2.2.1, upgrade, Jailbreak 3.0.

I'd just wait for the update to come out, download it legally, and wait for the Dev-Team to release an official Jailbreak for 3.0...

Actually...he's not doing that at all.

He's simply asking how he should approach the update because he doesn't want to lose his stuff and he wants to have it jailbroken still.
