"Read First" next to all of the stickies is a good idea for new users, but for someone who's been around for a while it gets annoying really quick. It should disappear after you have a certain number of posts or you've read the sticky.

I really don't mind if it keeps people from posting useless threads. Not annoying at all to me.

What happens if later on you forget an important part, and you need to go back for a certain section of the tutorial. >_> I've forgotten a few parts before and had to search back to the sticky >_> It would kind of suck if the sticky just disappeared and left me without a clue
