i want to load pdf Files or converted "ebooks" on my itouch.

I mean, i have the pdf file and want to load it on the itouch or maybe convert it to an ebook.

If someone has experiences with it please help me.

I don't have any experience with this, and I don't know about the ereader format, but there are quite a few apps in the AppStore that you can read PDFs with.

yes there are many applications that can read pdf format. I use fileaid because i dont have wifi, but there are some that use wifi to share the files.
However, i think you've put this thread in the wrong section. This forum is about 3G ipod touches, which has nothing to do with your question.
