It comes with a bunch. Sync photos from your computer.

at the wallpaper tab u'll have a few that already are at your ipod

You can download some sources, which might come with Wallpaper Packs. I believe that the Installer already comes default with some Wallpaper Sets, like Mac OS X 10 ones, that you could use.
