Sorry to say it, but i really do not like the zii egg. Looks ugly, looks hard to use, and looks like the iPod touch to much.

i voted i love, it, but i wish there was a medium option. like i prolly wont get it, but it seems good and i have nothing against it.

I like the reported hardware and the fact that it runs Android.

I don't like the looks or the fact that multitouch isn't supported enabled because it runs Android.

I won't be shelling out for one any time soon.

Android does support multitouch nativly but google dosent enable it because they are afraid of getting into trouble with apple but theres a hack that enables it
im sure the Zii Optimized version will include it

And btw, there is a mod that enables multi touch for android.

i just hope the performance can compensate with the unoriginal design.

Too bad Google's not like Palm. I thought it was awesome how they just stood up with Multitouch, and ran with it. Even before Apple's famous lawyers.

That'll be the day when Android will really shine.

But, to be fair to Google, Palm was backed into a wall. And they had to come out with something awesome quick. So they gambled. If Apple sued them, they'd be gone. But if Apple didn't, then they'd be good to go.

Still, I think that the fact that both Apple and Palm are both infringing on each others patents protected Palm.

I think that the Zii is for those who (1.) Want the most powerful, (2.) don't care about looks, (3.) want to try something new, something cool. I'm in the third, but I'm not in the 2nd, and the 1st sort of applies to me.

I wish the zii was coming out in september. Since I already sold my ipod touch 1g, I'll probably end up getting the ipod touch 3g or the zune hd. I'd only get it if they announce a release date before the zune and ipod come out.

lol i just dont like andriod much xD....i like the iPod Touch interface bcuz ive been with it since sept 07 and ive been jailbreaking since the first release for 1.1.1....i got used to its looks....i like just like Apple things a lot!

i voted i love it i think the iPod Touch 2g looks like crap compared to the hardware and features on the Zii. But maybe compared to the 3g the 3g will look better... i can't wait until Apple's keynote

I don't like it, :P I just think it is a complete ripoff from the original ipod touch and that it's firmware runs a crappy version of 1.1.1 ;P I know it was the developers model but I don't like unoriginal ideas xD sorry just don't like it, but I am happy with my 3Gs :P

Blazing fast? Really? it's a PMP player, i don't think the prossors will beable to render 3D Models in a 3 hour film in under 20 Minutes?

honestly, the hardware means Jack Shit if the software doesn't enable it.

if there are more devices that run android (G1), the games will have to support those devices to, and if thoses the devices don't support the Super dupper
Accelerated graphics the zii does, the Hardware is wasted. and to me android sucks anyway, without supporting multi-touch screen. thats why i reckon it's always best to create an OS for a particular gadget, so i guess thats why there is the plasma OS but i doubt if Creative would of put alot into it, not as much as apple with there iPhoneOS anyhow.
