I think I might be leaving iPodTouchFans. Apple will have to do something amazing to get me to buy the iPod Touch 3g. The Zii Egg is amazing. I don't think Apple is going to add all the stuff the Zii Egg has. What do you think about the Zii Egg? Will it finally amke you leave your iPod Touch and say goodbye to Apple?

I have a 3GS, but im contemplating buy the zii egg lol. But ill see how it pans out, and what the 3rd party apps scenario looks like. But the iphone is still the worlds greateest phone lol.

the zii egg does fascinate me but the fact that it has a 1.3 megapixel camera turns me off which means that it will take very small pictures, another thing is that i will miss the app store, another problem of mine is that what will be used to get media to the Egg? iTunes surely wont allow it.

I doubt for long that people will. WIth Windows Vista, people were almost forced to go with Mac if they wanted something stable and good (linux aside). Now, with Windows 7 being the best OS I have ever used (and yes, that includes Leopard) I think that Apple will need to lower its prices.

For instance, the Polycarbonate White macbook would make a great laptop for around 700$. Not 1000$.

I don't like the options in the poll. I don't have any intention whatsoever of purchasing the Egg, but that doesn't mean I think it's "cheap."

I am an apple fan boy, but I've played around with the google android, and the music player is like a 3rd party app, it isn't one of the MAIN parts of the phone. With the iPhone and iPod, everything flows nicely. With the iPod Touch, you get so much more for probably around $50 more I am suspecting. And it doesn't have that over-used look. Most smart phones and the Zii EGG all have this look in their icons, they are over used IMO.

I know, on the touch (and iPhone) everything flows seamlessly. I, however, think that Android's biggest thing is being open-source. I know, the Zii isn't the most original (and probably not the best) device out there.

Still, the Zune HD is nice looking.

First off, Apple needs to start ripping off it's customers. I mean they're products are great, but non-expandable memory? The camera has been on many MP3-MP4 players for a while now and with Apple, it hasn't even been confirmed yet! I agree though, there's something about Apple products that get the win for me in the end, but come on Apple. Compete, compete, and once more, compete.

The EGG looks like a nice product but i'm happy with the status quo. My ipod touch does everything I want it to do. It's never given me a problem. Why change?
