Hi all,

Enter-Brain-Ment is an independent game development studio located in Berlin. We are currently porting our Award Winning game Somersault for the iPhone.

Somersault is an action platform game with really great graphics. We are re-designing and improving the graphics and are adding more game-features to the iPhone version. Our aim is to produce a high class game using all the possibilities the iPhone offers.

The main features of the game are:
• Intuitive and unique controls – draw a paddle on the screen to control the character, turn the mobile to change the view from portrait format to landscape, zoom in and out with 2 fingers
• Full 3-D graphics
• 20 levels in 6 different worlds with unique designs
• A huge variety of enemies
• Different power ups and abilities
• Online high score + Twitter & Facebook connection

Somersault will be released in February 2010.

thanks! We hope to release between middle and end of November. This is out first game for the iPhone. Our company was founded mainly by graphic artists thats why we want to make sure to have really nice graphics :-)

The main goal is equal as to a Jump'n'Run to bring the character through the levels avoiding traps and beating enemies. I will constantly upload more material as we finish it so you guys can see more and give your comments. Right now we are working on the other worlds, the world you can see now is the candy-world.

Yes we can definitely give you a Pre-Release build but we want to wait until we reach BETA. As you can see in the first image (right bottom corner) we still have some texturing to do.

Please note that the iPhone version will be much improved. We will have a totally new Tutorial, better graphics and more game-features.

Your PC/Mac version looks fantastic!

Have to say, it does look really good. Not too keen on all the colours though, but hey, I'm sure that's what you were going for and I'm fairly sure many others would like it.

I have heard that before. Yes, we are definitely going for the colors but note that this is only the candy-world which has to be colorful, there are more worlds to come.

I played the two demo levels of the PC version and I can only say this do the iPod version: INSTANT BUY!
The graphics where great!! :)

No sorry, the game is not free but you can download a free demo version with 2 full levels + tutorial.

we have been really busy lately with the development of Somersault. Today we present you our latest gameplay video with all the new elements we finished so far.

Hi,

we got further in the production of Somersault and implemented the enemies. Please watch our new video were you can see the latest progress.

Unfortunately we will not be able to release the game in the next week. We had to move the launchdate to end of December. I hope you all can wait a little longer but we want to release a 100% finished game. There were too many ideas we wanted to implement.

There will be many elements in the background like fish swarms. It will look really different in the game as everything will be animated. So I am sure you won't miss any background when the game is out. But we would be happy to hear from you what exactly you expect, we are still in the position to implement your expectations :D
