EZSoundTracker has just been released and is available in the app store.

This app is a bit like the old trackers Mad Tracker or Scream Tracker. Create patterns using instruments from an instrument bank, then organize patterns into songs. It's easy to use because it uses images to represent instruments in the tracker.
