Anyone can tell me if i can instal themes only with wifi without using cuteftp or winscp....only using instaler or something else....

Yes you can install themes through installer. If you go to the Install Categories page and scroll down to the Summerboard folder there are some themes in there. Also I reccommend adding the iPTF repository as a source as it contains alot of good themes from people on this site. Instructions to add the iPTF repo are at the top of the themes release sub-forum.
