Surely most of the JB applications wont work on 3.1, becasue 3.1 has just become Jailbrokenable and most of the applications have not been updated.

Most of the devices themselves haven't been jailbroken. I wouldn't expect apps to get updated until all users, Mac and Windows (possibly Linux), can jailbreak.

i allready installed many apps and they all work fine..

P.s. if cydia goes into continious respring after installing sbsettings.. reset your ipod by holding "power + home" and you should have a working sb :P

Lol. When that happened to me a while ago. My genius way of getting it out of the respring was hiding it in my sock drawer and draining the battery.

Put it in the sock drawer untill the battery runs out, solves everything

but really its probably just taking a long time to boot, leave it on for a while and if it doesnt work then restore
