Sorry guys i have been looking but i cant find...(havent looked that long =])
I just jail broke the touch last night, i have summerboard.. and i see all these themes updated on the website and i would like to know when i download them what the hell do i do inorder to get them on the ipod.. i downloaded cuteftppro... and winscp(which i cant get it to work) but if somebody could please help me, or just give me the link to something that can that would be great! thank u guys

Welcome to the forums and congrats on taking the plunge and jailbreaking. Seeing as you are new I would reccommend you check out iPodtouchmaster's videos on youtube, there is one on how to get CuteFTP and set it up. Once you get that setup, check out his other videos for more modding info.

i did however find in on thread some one gave someone something to type in as a source and that gave me all the themes from ipodtouchthemes.de,
so i have that but there are some really nice ones id like to get from here
