As an extra bonus to today's PwnageTool release, iPod touch 2G will now be supported. Custom boot logos for everyone :)

There's this thing called upgrading. Yes...I do know all those things you listed cuz I sold my 1g, and yes I have a 2g, and tomoro I'm buyin a 3g.

Chronic Dev are great at finding the holes and exploits but take a while to build. Anyway the competition is good for al and they all work together and collaborate when they need to.

If you do the reccomended shift-restore then you will lose your data.
However, if you do shift-update then you won't.

Also, it may be possible to integrate things other than the baseband (such as personal data, other than cydia into an IPSW)
