And you might be getting your hopes up. I wouldn't expect them to release higher versions until maybe the end of the year. iPod Touch's and iPhones are still selling pretty good...Companies like releasing new products when their older versions start dying down in the market, so that they'll start raking in the money again.

It is supposed to be this weekend or on monday (16th, 17th, or 18th) yea ur probably like me, . U jailbroke ur ipod but are wondering if there is gonna be something better and legal, so restored to regular 1.1.3. I'm just being safe. I'm sure I'll be able to do this again if its not all that great. I'm planning on the 16th though, thats what this Apple person told me at one of the stores. (I didn't have my jailbroken ipod with me :)

Yes SDK release will be on 26 february. The support of java will be annonced on the same day. There could be 1.1.4 or 2.0.0 with java implanted and pdf support but this has to be confirmed.

LOL don't be so quick to say that. Although I do believe that the upgrade to the macbook and the MacBook pro is the only big news they have to release today, I am keeping my hopes up that the SDK will be released later today, I mean it is only 10:30 in the morning on the east coast.

i just checked (not iTunes) but all over the web and nothing to indicate SDK is out. Im at school so i cant tell if its on iTunes
