1. When was the change to new member ranks made, and how didn't i notice?

2. I was trying to post a link to touchhax .com earlier and it always came up just as .com. When i first did it, it came up as a link to http://.com, then I edited it and took away the url tags and put touchhax back in and it still went to to just .com. Whats up with this?

alright, apparently now it is working

it was temporarily blocked because that site republished content from here without permission. the offending content was removed, so we removed the block
