Well, honestly? Being a graphic designer myself, I'd have to give this a 2 or 3 at most.

The image is distorted, the coloring is terrible, the size is not prefered, the text is not soft, the text is on a terrible angel, "LiQuiD" is using both uppper and lower case letters, no border implemented, no special effects added to make the signature image pop out or catch the viewers interest... Sorry man. :( But you did ask us to rate it, and I did that.. I also gave you reasons for my rating, which I'm sure you'd appreciate as well. :)

Work on your brightness and contrast. I always recommend not using text till you get better with signatures... but that's what I think. Text are hard to perfect, first you need it smooth, and have it fit more into the signature. Work on coloring and blending. Just keep working on it and no time you'll be superb! :D
