Hi, I was wondering if the volume problem of the ipod touch can be solved by using earphones with volume control. Did anybody try it yet?
Thanks!

No I don't know. I do know, though, that you can solve the volumeproblem with the program GoPod. Good luck!

thanks, but I was referring to the fact that in order to turn volume up or down you have to go through so many steps with the ipod touch. I thought that may be with earphones with volume control this could be solved...

I found through a little searching a volume/ play pause control that plugs into the dock connector. I don't know if it actually works, but it'd be perfect if it does. Here's the link:

Do you know that at any time (almost), you can double-tap the home button to bring up some basic overlayed controls, including volume?
yes but things like that are annoying for ppl like me lol cus im useing my ipoT 24/7 and if sum1 talks to me i have to take out my ipod press home 2ce and then click pause so headphone volume controls would be better

yeah i have the same problem, but it's easily solved by removing the headphones from my ears when i want to talk to someone. works like a charm, nothing extra to buy, no clicks involved ;)
