Has anyone seen it in person or own it?

I haven't seen the one for the touch, but I have seen one for the Blackjack and it's beautiful! It fits the Blackjack perfectly and is very classy looking.

I have a couple of questions:
How does it feel?
How durable is it?
Is it likely to get scuffed up?
Will it stain easily?
Hows the belt clip?

umm isn't this case pointless and expensive. It doesn't protect the screen, or from drops. This is a waste of money unless you just want it for a belt clip.

Are they going to come out with a flip case like they did for the iPhone. Can't see why not...now that would rock! :) :)

I almost dropped my iPoT yesterday. It made me realize that I need some sort of protection for it ASAP, so I gave in and ordered ezGears case, $45. They ship out this week, if they havent already.
It seems like a poor business plan for Vaja to allow other companies to get a share of the market so early, considering that the Touch has been out for almost 2 months now.

I was interested in the EZgears case but they haven't updated the pic of the case for the Touch yet on their website.. it's still showing the iPhone case.

I noticed the iPhone as well, but I refuse to believe that they would produce thousands of units to ship to their retailers/resellers all over North America, Latin America, and Europe later to find out that the product it was meant for does not work with it. On their website they specify that this case was specifically produced for the iPod, that is good enough for me for me at this point.

Obviously their marketing department is not very apt at promoting their products, we can see this by the absolute lack of ad's on popular apple product websites.

I would love to see a Touch version of their Ivolution Top Holster.

It's very high quality leather and feels very smooth. I think it could scuff quite easily, but I don't think it would stain easily. The belt clip is solid...and the holster for the touch does have a screen protector, and I assume it's the same type they used for their Blackjack cases, which is very heavy duty. thick.

The Vaja holster will protect your screen, but with the top open I'd be concerned about damage if it were dropped.

If it completely covered the touch I might consider buying one, based upon the quality of the BlackJack version I've seen. But for right now the leather case I bought from inCase works fine when paired with a screen protector.

The open top is a concern, but it should protect the Touch against most drops (75%) , unless it falls and hits against the exposed area.
I like the vibrant orange color, makes the Touch look sporty.

Thanks for the feedback. The thing is, I'm looking for the most minimalistic case that exists (the case that is the simplest, that exposes as much of the touch as possible, while protecting it). I know you're all probably thinking a clear case would be perfect, but I'm really looking for a holster, or something that acts like a sheath. So the i-volution is right up my alley.

I'm very tempted to click "submit" on the shopping "bag" on their site. However... it says 20 days for them to make it. Who knows how long to ship it... Dang. By then, the new will be worn off of the Touch, or it will be (not just jail-) broken!

Yeah, as someone else mentioned, that vibrant orange is striking. I like it, but think I would have to go with something a bit more subdued.

I ordered one on October 12, a few days after it was released.

It has shipped and is scheduled for delivery Monday 2007/11/05.

I ordered a black one, and I live in Canada.
