I am not sure of a site sorry. but do you have dvds? you can rip dvds and put them on your ipod that way

Don't think you'll have a lot of luck. Only other place I can think of is Amazon Unboxed. But their files are WMV format and the DRM would prevent conversion. Buying DVDs and encoding is really the best option.
