The new books.app SUCKS, need a stable version. Can anyone post one here?

yeah I just restores my ipod (3rd time this week, ugh!) and when I installed books it was the newest one it SUCKS! it doesnt save your plaace, its slow, and it gets stuck alot. I backed up my apps folder I think, I'll see if I have the old books in there and I'll put it up here after I test it.
