It is, just login in iTunes to your account then just redeem the coupons then just download songs on your itouch and it will be deducted from the free ones you could get with your coupon, I already have like 25 songs that i downloaded for free.

Just another question:
How do I sync my purchased music from the iPod touch to my pc? I thought it would be automatic, but nothing happens. Do I have to set automatic sync to do so? :confused:
