pc stands for personal computer, so esentially tou already have a pc which is mac, I think what you are asking is how to change your mac into a Windows pc.
and what do you mean change it, like install windows on it?

Didn't you ask this already? Windows already runs on a Mac. Just run the Boot Camp assistant and it will help you partition your drive to install Windows. Once that is done, slip in your Windows disk of choice and install away.
