According to Hannes Schwaderer (Intel, Germany) the next iPhone will definitive get a bigger display, probably 720x480 pixels.
The iPhone will also get the new Atom-Chips (http://www.intel.com/technology/atom/).

Schwaderer also said that the "old" iPhones will be sold, too.

According to Schwaderer it's the iPhone, but the "old" one will be sold furthermore.

I don't think that the iphone will be that big.. but hey i could be wrong
