Hey would it be fine if I post peoples theme from this website to my website?
I will be noting sources as to where I found them, etc. But I want to know if its fine.

Yes, if you post who created the theme and the website it is from (ipodtouchfans.com) then I don't see why not.

in this case, you have to obtain the written permission of the individual authors before redistributing their work
