Let me innaugurate this subforum by saying that I personally can not stand reality tv, specifically American Idol (America's Got Talent I can stand but still not a fan).

Anybody feel smilarly or the complete opposite?

Urgh. Big Brother.

I absolutely hate the thing. Its on for like 2 months, it takes up so much decent TV time on channel 4.

I'd have to say that soap TV is even worse.

I watched America's Got (no) Talent the first season because 1. I figured if I was going to watch this crap, I might as well go all the way. 2. Figured it would be the only season...

Anyway, yeah... I don't watch tv anymore. If I need to watch anything I d/l it. Other than that Tv can kiss my yellow behind.

I'll be watching the first episode of Wipe out just to see how bad they ripped off MXC...

The only reality TV I can watch is I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. But as for Big Bugger, as I call it, I cannot stand it.

The funny thing is, there's so many reality/competition TV shows now:

- American Idol
- America's Got Talent
- So You Think You Can Dance
- Dancing with the Stars
- American Inventor [Gone]
- Deal or no Deal
- The Moment of Truth
- Don't Forget the Lyrics
- Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader?
- America's Next Top Model
- Big Brother
- The Singing Bee
- Nashville Star

There's so many, I don't know where the crowd comes from!

The only reality show I've ever liked was Treasure Hunters on NBC last year.

I wanted that to come back, but no such luck :(

Americas Best Dance Crew is actually pretty good if you're into hip hop dancing. It's really creative with some really cool music. You should watch it some time, you might like it. :)

all the reailty tv shows now are crap, like american idol, they need to stop it now to loong! Americas got talents i just dont get it alot of the talent is people who can sing, go on american idol then. Dont waste your talent on american got talent. And now this celbirty ciruis ,like wtf!

Say what you will, but I personally like Kid Nation. They have good and intresting things to say once in a while that many Reality TV shows don't.

I watched the first couple of seasons but I lost all interest this year since it was pretty much the same as the last couple.

I think the WORST is Sweet Sixteen.

i don't know... reality tv shows are quite annoying but there are a lot of good ones out there.

the ones that i like are
america's best dance crew, so you think you can dance, project runway, and america's got talent...

but then that's maybe because i'm a girl and like really random stuff... lol i do hate american idol though.

I hate most reality tv shows. sometimes
I might watch one or two but if I had choice I wouldn't. On tv i usually just watch ESPN channels, NHL network, Versus, NBC(during hockey season), and fox on sunday nights. (animation domination!!)

Correct. Over here its always singer or dancer, never an individual talent gets to the final

I was always Anti-Reality shows until The Apprentice UK came up.

That was something I really gained experienced from on how to deal with people in the business world.

Again, its the UK's Sir Alan Sugar version, NOT Trump's dumb one!
