iTunes 7.5 will not have any effect on jailbroken iPods. It simply updates iPhone support for the new carriers and fixed some bugs.

thanx guys i was worried about downloading it, thank GOD they didn't fix the Tiff exploit on the touch, like they did on the new iPhones, which has 1.1.2 (In Europe).
