Same as a Web app .
Hold an icon till it wiggles . and you'll see an X near the icon of the app.

Delete the file, if your on window, right click and click on show on windows explorator or something like that. For Mac, it should be the same almost.

Thats for every app, but dont worry the app store connects to ur itune store account so it knows that u purchased a game or not.
