ive heard of that before. its an error. check everythings plugged in correctly and all connections are secure. its a hardware error.

I've gotten it before too. I usually close all my programs and some processes and it usually goes away.

that happens all the time to me the computer just dose that but that other computer might be ram!

If you still havent figured this one out, THere is one possibility that i have seen in the past. If its a laptop check to make sure that non of the little media or other buttons are not stuck down or something. Its possible for a PC as well. Beeping usualy means a hardware problem, and the constant beeping usualy means something is stuck.
