First review!
I wasn't sure if this went in Games or Apps, but since sketches is in games, I'll assume that this is a game as well!
So, here is a pic of the icon...

It is a fun game, albeit for 0.99 USD. It is a little like the application called "Scribbles" only there are more colors, and there isn't a nice button to select the color.
Instead, like the name suggests, you get to tilt your device, and make nifty pictures, such as this one...

The creator's description is:
Awaken your creative side! Use the iPhone's accelerometer to select one of 4,096 colors as a background. Then use finger swipes to paint in that color. Save your masterpiece to your Photo Library. Have fun experimenting with the colors - the artistic possibilities are limitless!

As you can see, your imagination is the only limit on your creativity.
Some things that could be better, is a larger brush size to be available.
"Gameplay" is simple. All you do is tilt the screen, and the background turns to the color, that you can draw in. To hold a color, just hold one of the corners of the screen, and the outer borders turn to the color you are drawing in. I'd put more screenshots, but my ipod is being uncooperative...
Anyway, this is an awesome application, despite some flaws, like being unable to erase, and the small brush size.
