2. If I where to purchase a mac know how much would it cost to upgrade?
3. When it becomes availible will all macs come pre installed with it?

Alright I will proll hold off then on buying a mac tell then
I wouldn't, as Snow Leopard only benefits users with quad-core processors. There aren't supposed to be new features, but better utilization of hardware.
Unless you want a Mac Pro, I'd wouldn't wait.

I'm not saying you won't benefit from Snow Leopard, but it's not worth the wait, in my opinion.

There will be no charge for the upgrade to Leopard users as stated. The update is rumored only to be compatible with Intel based Macs and will mainly contain bug fixes, security updates and 64 bit compatibility, in short not a major overhaul of the OS, just some add-ons. Aesthetically it will look like Leopard.
I see no reason to hold off, go get yourself a new Mac :D
