turn off your ipod (turn it off, don't just put it to sleep)
then turn it back on... problem solved....

I did turn it off and on... can you elaborate on that? Because I just press the power button that's it... is that how you turn it off?

You shouldn't be aloud to have your iPoT if you didn't know how to turn it off.

Yes, you hold your iPod's power button until it says "Slide to Power Off"
