Has anyone tried using a iPhone case with the iTouch. I know the iPhone is much thicker, but.. has anyone givin it a try?

Isn't the headphone jack on the iPhone on the top of the unit vs. the bottome w/ the 'touch'? I don't think too many of the cases would work for 'both'. That IMO that is...

I doubt an iPoT Will fit in an iphone case as they are different sizes. That is of course if it is like a cover more than a case. If for exmaple its a zip up case, it should work...:confused:

I went to Best Buy and AT&T stores yesterday and they don't really fit to well with any of the cases. Why? iPod Touch is a little thinner than iPhone and also the iPod Touch is wider than the iPhone.

Most of the hard cases won't even fit with it. The ones that do, there's an annoying space since the iPod Touch is thinner.

ipod touch = 8mm

iphone has headphone jack up top and usb at bottom

iPod Touch is also a bit wider like a mentioned. some iPhone cases didn't even fit when I tried it yesterday

30gb fifthgen case is what im using, fits great!

I'm using an Incipio Orion sleeve for the iPhone and it could not be a better fit. It all depends on the design of the case.
