Hello, ipod touch fans!

I'm looking to buy a laptop, no I'm not getting a mac, I simply cant afford one. But I'm tied up between which unix I should run on it. My two choices are OSx86 or Ubuntu?

I'm extremely fund of macs! There GUI is simply eye-candy and the system security is brilliant!

I also love Ubuntu's GUI with Compiz Fusion, Avant-Window-Navigator, and emerald, Ubuntu is a bit tricky, but I'm sure I will do fine.

Very possible, but I dont think I would need both

They're UNIX based, but they're not UNIX...

I would suggest neither because they both hog lots of RAM. :p
