This is probably on old question & I am sorry. However I would like to know specifically what will work on a PC to develope an app for the touch. I have a great idea & would like to try & make it myself.

I run a Toshiba intel core 2 duo t6600, 4 gig/500g.

Some of the site I have seen say need a Mac but I am sure there is another avenue,

Please assist witht hat info. I will do the rest.

Ok but you need iPhone SDK to compile, right? and is just available for Mac (OS X)? Right?

You said that PC is better than Mac. But what do you use when you compile applications (codes)?

Hey Skylar, i've seen some threads being thrown around about ppl not being able to SSH properly after upgrading to 3.0. Can you make a sticky somewhere that says to go to Cydia and install afc2add to fix SSH issues? thanks.
