No. DFU and set it up like you accidentally wiped it or something so that it is a fully functional non jailbroken device then run blackra1n RC3

restore the device
run blackra1in
press make it rain
wait for it to do its thing
go into the blackra1in app on ur springboard
download cydia or icy whichever you prefer
