static lockinfo on springboard?

Hi all,

I know it's possible to get Lockinfo on your homescreen, but is there a file to edit that enables you to set a static position so that it doesnt move? I want to use some of the widgets without the entire cumbersome lockscreen on my springboard. Thanks guys
