i got it resonantly from a repo a can't post as will possibly be banned as of the OTHER stuff on there

you can get Supreme Preferences 3.0 from the modmyi site at this link -http://apt.modmyi.com/2debs/supremepreferenceses3.0.deb just download it, ssh and extract

EDIT: after reading some of the other posts, i would not reccomend this to make your ipod touch unresponsive. At least if you want to be able to use it again without restoring.
